GGTV VIDEO PROGRAMS
Who We Are
According to recent studies, 80% of teenagers choose using their cell phone or computer over watching television and 40% (of the remaining 20%) looked up information on their computers relating to commercial ads they saw on television! Additionally, Teenagers spend over 90% of their day on either their cell phone or their computer, and of that time, a majority of it is spent watching online videos on Youtube.com.
(GGurbanTV) a 501(c)(3) (non-profit organization) video production for teens understands that teaching teens how to take their inner issues and then translate them through art and video is both inspirational and empowering. All programs produced by the GreenGelo network include teen participants, both on-screen and off. Teenagers have full input on the programs created, the design layout of each show, and the marketing and creative process of the network. By allowing teenagers to have a voice in the GreenGelo network, we ensure that the voice of our market is authentic and that our programs cater to their interest. Additionally, by allowing teenagers to participate in the creation of the production process teens are given an opportunity to learn first-hand the business of media and to then use the media to productively deal with their own issues.
